UK's freshman Davis to be featured in ESPN the Magazine NEXT Issue

UK Athletics announced that UK freshman Antony Davis is one of their five basketball finalists for their NEXT issue. Davis leads the team in rebounding (9.1) and blocked shots (36) and is third in scoring (12.3). davis narrowly missed the second triple-double in UK history when he tallied a 15-point, 15-rebound, eight-block performance against St. John’s. Saturday with Kentucky leading by one point, Davis got his hand on a potential game-winning shot from John Henson and then gathered the rebound to help preserve the victory over No. 5 North Carolina. Fans can start VOTING HERE and the voting will continue until Dec. 18.

The Kentucky Wildcats will return to action again on Saturday when they will face Indiana in Bloomington, Ind. for the annual border rivalry game. The game is scheduled for a 5:15PM-ET/4:15PM-CT tip on ESPN.
