Brochure Spotlight: Ontario Place 1999

After hearing the news that the Ontario Place rides will not reopen for the 2012 season I finally got around to scanning in my brochure and park map from Ontario Place 1999. I posted a video earlier of one of my personal favorite log flumes which will be missed. It was a very unique park so hopefully whatever happens to the property is just as unique!

Dollywood Vacations Map

I scanned a picture of the map we received when my wife and I stayed at one of the Dollywood Vacation cabins. I couldn't find any online when I was making my reservation which was kind of frustrating. We spent three nights in one of the least inexpensive cabins, One More Night, and it was totally amazing.

Pictured here is an overhead map of Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky, home of the great Kentucky Rumbler wooden coaster designed by Great Coasters International. I've embedded a video of my trip to the park in 2007 below.
