In this post, some recruiting updates from around the Ivy League.

Big recruiting weekend for Penn as the Quakers are hosting Tony Hicks (St. Rita HS) Chicago, IL, 6-1, G, Mike Hall (Woodward Academy) Norcross, GA, 6-10, F, and Darien Nelson-Henry (Lake Washington HS) Kirkland, WA, 6-10, C among others.

Julian Harrell (Loyola HS) Los Angeles, CA, 6-5, G, visited Penn last week.

Harvard is reportedly hosting R.J. Currington (Oak Hill Academy) Mouth of Wilson, VA, 6-5, G from the class of 2013. Harvard has a much bigger weekend planned next weekend, but the bulk of their visitors are in the class of 2013.

Also this weekend, Cornell is hosting several elite prospects from the classes of 2012 and 2013, some of which have had their names splashed around various recruiting websites in recent weeks.

Christian White (Aquinas HS) Rochester, NY, 5-10, G, committed to Monmouth per the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle. He had interest from Cornell, Columbia, Colgate, Harvard and Canisius. White also attended Cornell's and Harvard's elite camps.

Roger Kilgore (Bishop Ahr HS) Edison, NJ, 5-10, G, has committed to Yale to play football. A two-sport athlete, Kilgore told the Star Ledger he is considering playing basketball as well.

Princeton appears very focused on a pair of New Jersey prospects, Justin Sears (Plainfield HS) Plainfield, NJ, 6-7, F and Carson Puriefoy (Bishop Eustace HS) Pennsauken, NJ, 6-0, G.
